Dust off the sticks it’s time for preseason! WOOHOO!
Head Coach Lou will be conducting preseason fitness and stick skills every Wednesday starting on 8 February for all Senior players and juniors 14+.
Skills session will be from 6.00-7.00pm followed by a fitness session 7.00-8.00pm.
Everyone welcome – remember the more you put in now the better you will be come Round 1.
